7 days heart rate graph not updating

On the website,  I have one of the tiles set to heartrate and it would track the total peak and cardio for seven days.  this helped me meet my goal of x hours of cardio weekly.  Today I went to check and it no longer provides the totals because it seems to be stuck on today's day.  I used to be able to hover over the cardio words at the bottom and get the running total.  I can no longer do that 😞    This is a really important feature to lose.

Is this a user error or has Fitbit changed how the info can be presented?  I really, really, want to be able to see my running totals for cardio and peak heart rates.

Hi @SunsetRunner. I'm glad to see you here. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important is this information for you, and let's work on this together. I'd recommend to log out from your Fitbit account, and then log back in. Also, if possible, please try using a different browser. If the same keeps happening, please attach a screenshot in your reply so I can take a look into this.

Thanks Lizziefitbit (Lizzie is also my cats name). Logging out and then
back in worked and I should have thought of doing this in the first place.
