APP Suggestion: Breakdown of macros in food list please!!!

I get so frustrated when I log my food and suddenly a bunch of carbs appear, but its almost IMPOSIBLE from my food list to know where from!!!

 

Take a look at this screen shot, and then please  implement a 3 colour breakdown for each food item, in the list... Like a little bar chart showing in the colour codes, how the item contributed to the macro totals. 

 

I.e. If one item contributed all the carbs for the day, it should be really carbs colour!!! 

 

So that at a GLANCE I can see which food contributed to which macro (carb/protein/fat)

 

Then I can answer the question...... "Where the hell did those 29g of carbs come from??????"

Most of those suggestions are already implemented or locked.Yes I agree with them.

 

My suggestion is ONE LEVEL DOWN in details...

 

I want the individual foods for the day, to be labeled for their CONTRIBUTION to the daily Total Macros .

 

For example in my screenshot I log foods.  The Totals show some Carbs for the day.

--- The big question the APP does not answer "Which of the foods i logged CONTRIBUTE to these totals?"

 

You see a user wants to know HOW each food contributed to the totals!  where did this carbs come from? Where did the majority of the calories come from?  Why is my Protein low?

 

SO my suggestion is to reflect the pie chart colours into a scoring for EACH FOOD ITEM.

 

Look its simple.

 

- if Total Carbs for day is 50g

- if one food item in the list is 25g carbs

- THEN that food item is displayed as contributing 50% (HALF BAR) of the Carbs for the day.

 

Repeat this with an indicator for each Macro for Each Food.
