My husband who is visually impaired recently purchased a Versa 2. I was able to adjust the clock face so that he could see that pretty well, but when it comes to doing updates, with his accessibility settings on his phone, we are unable to see/access the appropriate features to do the updates that his app said were available. By any chance, has anyone at the company taken this into consideration?

@RetaH It's great to see you in the Community!
Thank you for your feedback regarding the accessibility options on your Android phone. Not sure how these work as I am not familiar but you would have to contact the provider of these features (usually Google) to inquire about how it works with other apps. Additionally you can share your suggestions on how to improve accessibility on the Fitbit app in our Feature suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
I'll be around.
