Account Info changed by someone else

Someone changed the email of my account withouw my knowlegde I had to make a new one. I would like my old account back. Can someone help me

I just checked with our Support Team and it seems that it's already being handled, however, it takes a while for our team to make the appropriate investigation. Hopefully they will get back with you soon.

How long will it take before its fixed. I have made a new account with the same email adress. Should i delete this account till i can use my old account again? Ihave the feeling i cant have 2 accounts with the same email adress?

I've been dealing with the same issue for over two weeks. I wouldn't expect a resolution any time soon. I've been told that someone will get back to me and they are "investigating"

I will gladly assist you with your missing account. You mentioned that someone is investigating your issue from Support. Have you received any response from them? Also did you use a different email address when contacting our Support team? I ask since I didn't find any ticket for you.
