Account hacked

I have just noticed today that my account has been hacked and the name on my account changed. I am unsure how or why this has happened but it won't let me change my name back. 

I can still log into my account as the email and password seem to be the same.

Mine was also hacked yesterday and he name and email was also changed

I changed my password already so why am I getting a email telling me to
change my password when I want to be able to change the name back to my
name and not the hacker who hacked my account....

@ArthurM You can change the name on your account by logging in and going here. I also recommend responding to the support agents in the case created for you with any questions, they are specialists on this topic.

Again it says you can only change your name every 60 days the person who
hacked my account changed the name so now unless you guys change it back to
my name for me I need to wait 60 days.

Good morning!

My Fitbit account was hacked as well. I received email notifications about friends being added to my account. They changed the units of measure to metric. I’m upset that I don’t even feel safe putting my personal information on this account.
