I formally had a charge 2, stopped wearing in 2018. Purchased a charge 4 on 9/25/2020. Finished charging and wore it sleep. Looking at last night's sleep it is also showing several months of sleep tracking? I bought this new, still sealed etc. I even removed the old charge 2 from my Fitbit. How is it showing stats when I wasn't wearing any Fitbit device for over 2yrs?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your account is showing data on days that you didn't use a Fitbit device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using? Your account is showing sleep data only or other stats too? Can you please specify the timeframe of such incorrect data?

I am currently using a Google Pixel 4 XL.

Looks as though it has some sort of tracking for sleep and exercise since I
stopped wearing the Charge 2 in July 2018.

I honestly didn't even realize I still had the app, so I wasn't opening it
at all.

it really isn't the end of the world, just annoying and confusing.
