Active Hours Not Accurate between App and Fitbit

Hi

First time posting an issue on here bit it's really annoying me now!

My active hours (250+ steps) is not syncing correctly on the FitBit Android App. I've switched my phone off and on, force stopped the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and unpaired and re-paired my Charge 2 device but nothing has worked so far.

I am also having the same problems with my versa. It was syncing the active hours fine up until Sunday. Then Monday it started not syncing them and has gotten worse since. This is extremely frustrating when I am working towards getting these hours every day to build up a streak. And yes it shows it on my versa, but it should also show it in the app. Is there a bug that needs to be fixed with this issue? I've never had this issue with any other Fitbit device I've had.

I have been having the same issue this is my charge three it is registering 13 out of 14 hours active (250 steps) the app is only saying 7 have turned phone on and off forced started the Fitbit and to no avail.

Any fix on this? I'm still having this problem. Customer support troubleshooting did not help.

Hi @Thalia1985 -  in your case it is possible that you need to give it more time to do the calculations and for the app to receive the results. At times the summary and underlying data in the app disagree but sort themselves out given enough time,

In rare cases the steps may be counted in one hour but the app counts them in another hour if they occur in the last few seconds of the hour,
