Okay so I walk for an hour a day all at the same time but when I go into the active minutes it has it broken up into sections like I stopped. But I haven't, any idea why this is happening my arms haven't stopped moving I haven't stopped moving so why is it splitting it up? Thanks for reading.

@Marie1128, what are you referring to as Active Minutes? Can you provide a screenshot of it? That will help us answer your question.

@Marie1128, those Active Minutes are not the same at the time you are actively walking or exercising. The Active Minutes are recorded when the tracker detects at least 10 minutes of continuous elevated activity above your normal level. So, a one-hour walk may generate 30 or 40 minutes of Active Minutes, while vacuuming the house might generate 10 minutes of Active Minutes.
