Active Zone Minutes vs Active Minutes

Just had to replace my Versa Lite with a new one.  The old one gave me zone minutes whereas the new one gives me active minutes.  How do I change the active minutes to zone minutes?

@Momax_1959 New trackers come with out of date software and need an update. It could be that your new Versa Lite is running old software that uses active minutes and it needs an update to change to the newer active zone minutes. Keep an eye on the app for an available update. This normally is available within 2 or 3 days of being set up.

Hi @Momax_1959 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

@Odyssey13 Thanks for the input.

As @SteveH mentioned, your new Versa Lite could be running in an old firmware version and for that reason your watch is still tracking active minutes. When you have the newest firmware update available, make sure to update your Versa Lite as instructed here. Once the update is completed, your watch should start tracking active zone minutes.

See you around.
