My active minutes not correct for the workout I did? Please help as I'm starting to lose faith in my fitbit

Hi, @Micky73! If you're tracking a workout with your tracker (not entering it after the fact), the level of exertion you are doing factors into the number of active minutes you have. So, for example, if you're stretching at the beginning and end of the workout, if your motions or heart rate are not elevated, that part of the workout might not count toward your active minutes. Hope this explains your issue!
