Hi, @SunsetRunner! What kind of data are you talking about? It should still show you a calorie burn, since that's just the base calorie burn Fitbit calculates for you being alive. Is that what you're seeing or is it something else? Some of the models have a way to turn the tracker off, some don't, since I'm not sure what tracker you have.

Best AnswerIn that case, that's not what it should be doing. I would suggest giving it a restart a few times and seeing if that does the trick. It should register no heart rate while it's off, which you can confirm by syncing and checking the app. There should be a dashed line during the time it's off, assuming it's off for more than just a few minutes.
