Use groups in Netherlands

Seems groups are not available on the app in the Netherlands. That would be disappointing as groups features were the main reason to buy a charge 2! I did start a group from the website. How do I communicate with the group and share results (nothing showing currently)

Hello there @P-JK, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. Note that the groups is an specific section of the new Community feeds in the Fitbit app. We have been working to roll this feature to all countries, since is not available at the moment for some regions, like Netherlands.

 

You did good to create an activity group in your Fitbit.com Dashboard as an alternative. Members of a group can participate in discussions and compete with one another via the leaderboard. The leaderboard, located at the top of a group's page, shows how you rank against all other group members in steps, distance, and active minutes. So as long your tracker is syncing with your account, this basic data should be available automatically.

 

If the issue persists with your activity group, feel free to share an screenshot to have a closer look and find a solution for you.
