Fitbit app not showing up active minets evan tho its logged them

Hello @Vicky12e, welcome to the community forums! 

 

This is very odd but it could be due to an incomplete sync. Sometimes only one piece of data doesn't want to come through. I'd recommend the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Fitbit device 
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync your device twice in a row
