Active minutes registered in my Ionic watch is not transferring to the phone app. Everything else gets transferred correctly.

What shall I do?

Hello there @krkk, nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not an expected behavior. Since all your other stats are syncing with your Dashboard.

I would recommend to review if your web-Dashboard shows your active minutes. If it does, it means this information is being recorded by your Ionic.

The other suggestion would be to make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android. For more details please review this post.

Hope this helps and keep me posted how it goes.

You need to let the battery drain fully so it switches off, before charging. I find this also helps if my Fitbit stops syncing too.
