Have you followed the Add device process @Dgray56?

At what step does the setup process fail? Do you get any error messages?

I have followed to add device process and give up after 10 minutes of waiting to connect. Phone connects fine to Fitbit Scale.

Ok you press add device. What then happens? 

Are you able to turn on your tracker? 

Does the app find the tracker?
