google thinks I have fitbit app installed so cannot download it

Had versa 2. New versa 3. Kept telling me to update fitbit app. It always shows installed in google. Cannot get it to update so I uninstalled from phone and pc. Store still says installed so I cannot reinstall.

Hi @dwebspider do I assume that you have an android phone and move the post to the Android board. 

Through the play store, have you chosen to remove the Fitbit app? 

Or tried installing through the play.google.com

I finally got it to work. thanks. I do have Android, didn't see anything about this being anything other than a Versa 3 Forum.

Hi, I got it working by uninstalling the program, creating new account, reinstalling program. It still failed. Next day I tried and it asked me to Install Versa 3 then, did I want to replace the Versa3 with the new Versa 3. I said yes and it worked.

Why not Tap on the Hamburger menu in the top left.
