Active minutes not updating

Using a Blaze & Galaxy Note 8. Haven't had any active minutes post since Sunday morning (5/28). Right now I'm only showing 10 active minutes for this week & it should be closer to 100+. All other stats seem to be updating just fine...just missing my active minutes. What's up?

Logged off both devices & app, then back in. That may have fixed it... at least I'm seeing a total of 26 active minutes now for today anyway.

@Onederer Nice to see you in the forums again.

Thanks for reaching out about the active minutes on the Fitbit app and your initiative to solve this on your own. According to your explanation, this could be an issue with the information displayed on the app. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. I am glad to read that now the app is showing you an amount of active minutes for today. Are the active minutes from your previous day showing too? Did you also check the Fitbit.com website too? Log in and go to your profile to check your stats. There you are able to see your daily stats as well.

Rodrigo has some great suggestions to make sure everything's up-to-date and to check Fitbit.com for your stats.

Just to add on, have you tried restarting your Blaze? Sometimes a simple restart can help resolve syncing issues. And make sure your Blaze is syncing frequently with the Fitbit app. The more often your device syncs, the more frequently it updates your stats.

@Bozzdivine Thanks for the kind words and I appreciate your input. True, a restart will definitely help with syncing issues too. That is something worth trying. We shall see how that goes. Thanks again!
