Active zone minutes and steps disappeared

Two days ago, I hiked a trail on vacation. I logged 17k steps at the end of the day, and 238 zone minutes. It was logged both on my phone and on my fitbit charge 6.

The next morning i woke up, and 10k steps and all my zone minutes were gone. I can't synch my device and my app can't tell my how full my battery is. It did an update, however.

I did another hike, logged 13k ateps and 40 zone minutes, both on my device and on the app. I went to bed, and next morning 6k steps were gone and my zone minutes were gone. I still can synch, and the device updated again.

How can I get my activity back?

No i didn't. Basically they said they can't retrieve my data anymore. I replied back asking why my fitbit keeps updating and stopping working 3 times a day but they've not reached out to me for 2 days. I feel kinda ripped off now.
