Activities are not sync to Motion Connected

Hi JuanFitbit,

I found some info out today I thought I should share with you in case it's related. At work we use the Motion Connected website/app to track our wellness goals. I've had my Fitbit connected to it for several years. I noticed today that the scorecard from last year stopped bringing in any new step data after early September. At the very bottom of their Not Syncing FAQ, it mentioned needing to relink the account if I switched to a Google account login. With that thought, I went back to early September in the FitBit app, and wouldn't you know it, September 4th was the last day any step data shows up. With info also before that day. So my historical data pre-Google account switch is available. Only the info since then is nowhere to be seen after midnight.

Just thought I'd throw that info out there. And I'm assuming I can't revert the account to logging in the old fashioned way?

@Saxbabe , Thank you for sharing these insights.

I'll pass the info to our team, so they can check if this helps them. I appreciate your collaboration and willingness to help.
According to some users it seems that the info missing is still saved in your account, only the Fitbit app doesn't show it or doesn't allow us (users) to see it.

I hope that your info helps and this gets solved soon.

@JuanFitbit

I logged into that Motion Connected app today and even though I relinked my account with the Google account login, still no step data is being transferred. I even added an activity, as those add points more quickly, on Friday as I went swimming, and still nothing. So I don't know at which point the transfer occurs, but that also seems to be broken 😕

@Saxbabe Thank you for your message. I moved the conversation to another thread as your issue is different as the one described on the other thread.
I moved so that the other users do not get confused and to keep the Community in order.

Our web API and smartwatch SDK are open which means that the service to sync the data is managed by Motion Connected.
In this case, you've tried everything on our side.
I suggest you to get in contact with Motion Connected to check if on their side there is something not allowing the data to be transferred.
