Can’t change sleep sensitivity on Sense 2?
Running FitBit App version 4.34.1 on Samsung phone with Android 14.
Open App>Tap Profile Picture>Fitbit settings>Preferences>Sleep
Get here then select Sleep sensitivity
This opens a Sleep sensitivity panel
Shows option to set Normal or Sensitive but pressing either selection does nothing. There is no button or slide switch to change the setting.
What am I missing? How do I change the sleep sensitivity?

I agree can't change sleep sensitivity, but will add that setting just applies to the older fitbits without rate readings, when they just had to rely on sensing body movement to detect sleep or awake state. I got that from the fitbit 'Help' that seems to have disappeared in one of the may rewrites.

Thanks @JohnnyRow -- Thanks for the quick response.
Incomplete and/or outdated FitBit documentation is frustrating. One section of the Sense 2 manual links to a page that directs you to use the fitbit.com page to change this setting (when using an Android phone). That does not work. No surprise since I don't think the fitbit.com help page is even supported or updated now.
We have two Sense 2 watches in the house. What's interesting; one shows the sleep sensitivity at Sensitive and the other shows Normal. Cannot change the setting for either device on either App. Could have sworn we changed the setting on one watch to sensitive using the App after we had issues with the Sense 2 not reporting the sleep correctly. Maybe this setting was disabled/removed from the latest App version. If so, you would think they would remove the setting panel.
Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I came here for the same issue on the app and website. Apparently I haven't gotten more than 4 hours of sleep in 2 months per Fitbit report based on sensitivity 🤷

I tried to change it a couple times finally I used my pixel tablet. It also took a couple of tries but I was able to get it changed to sensitive. I tapped the option instead of just moving it to.

I moved this thread to the Android app, a better fit for this issue. This is an app setting and isn't device specific. And it works on the iOS version.

I have the same issue on my pixel watch 3, and also Fitbit cannot generate a sleep profile for me with error message "not enough sleeps logged last month". I think those 2 issues could be related.

Hello @LyeEubank
How long have you had your Pixel Watch 3? According to this help page on sleep tracking (<-- click link), the algorithm needs at least 14 days of sleep tracking with sleep stages in order to generate your sleep profile.
