I ran on 13 October, but that activity is not showing up on my android tablet nor on my android phone, but it is listed under activities in my windows desktop. All other activities seem to be in all 3 places. I have cleared cash on the android devices and restarted and reopened the fitbit app

Thanks for letting us know that you have already tried those steps to get the information to show on your app.
My suggestion in this case would be to log out from all ends, computer and app, and then manually log back in. That should force all data to be downloaded from the servers again and correct anything that isn't showing up.
