Activity days not accurate

I don't like to keep my Bluetooth on because it uses up my battery. I have found though that I have to sync every couple of days or else the Fitbit won't acknowledge that I hit my daily activity goal. I don't know if this is a bug or what but it is frustrating. This week I was not able to sync my Fitbit because something was flooey with the Bluetooth. Today it finally worked. It synced everything, but it is not recognizing that I did 7 out of 5 days of activity.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the Forums @rabowers.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That should force the app to reload all data and might get the accurate information again.

In the meantime, please try to sync at least once a day, at the end of the day, to make sure that all data is uploaded daily and that nothing will be missing. You can read more about it in here.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
