After the first sync ionic is not syncing with with my Mobile (Honor 7x). I can't unpair the device on Bluetooth and app, and restart both devices everytime I need to sync my data to mobile. It's time taking and not reliable. Please reply me back if there is a patch comming up, else I would rather go get some other tracker which syncs without any hassle. I even tried to sync the device on ipad air 2 but it won't sync after the first sync.

Thanks for trying to troubleshoot, for sharing those pictures and syncing with another device prior to posting in here.
As you mentioned, this is happening because the Honor 7X is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
As for the iPad, you could try checking if the Ionic is showing on the Honor 7X's Bluetooth paired devices. If so, please remove it from there and try to sync with your iPad once again.
