My app isn't registering all of my activity, why is this? 🙂

Welcome to the Forums @Jez52.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

Could you share a screenshot of what you are, or aren't, seeing in your activity log? That way I can find the best way to move forward.

Also, is your account showing any steps? What Fitbit did you setup with your account? Is anything else missing?

Look forward to your reply.

Hi Lanuzafitbit, I'll be honest, I am still trying to master how to do screen shots and share so not sure how to don that o  here. I will try and explain, a day like today where I have done in excess of 15000 step and 28 floors and my log of 250+ stepper hour is relatively full for the period set but activity is logged as zero.

Same problem here: 35 active minutes on my Versa watch but 0 in the app. Also 12 h out of 12 h active on my watch, 0 in the Fitbit app.

- Can't figure out how to upload a screenshot...

That a exactly the problem! The app also on occasion registers a different step log to what is on my fitbit and the alternates between the actual number and the previously logged one

My friend reminded me about using copy and paste

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

This tells you how to correct logging problems without losing data

Sorry it wouldn't post the link but it is a fitbit link, essential you have to restart your fitbit, put it on charge make sure the battery icon is showing and ten how the button in for 4 second. When it buzzes again it has restarted, remove from charge and hopefully it should have solved the problem.

Unfortunately it did not resolve mine although I am glad it helped others, I think I will have to contact fitbit with regard to the problem.

Hello @Jez52.

Thanks for that correction.

In that case let's try to log out of the app and then log back in. That should force everything to be reloaded from the servers and might help in getting the activity log to show up correctly.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you need any assistance.
