Activity don't save

Yesterday I tracked a activity. The hike was 17 km and lasted for about 8 hours.

After finishing the hike in the app, it disappeared. It didn't save. Why? And where can I find it? I have experienced this several times.

Hi, @StineBN welcome to the community, can you please provide more information? Which Fitbit device are you using? How is the GPS set up How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center may be of interest. How do you start the record for your hike? If you are not starting it via the exercise option on your Fitbit but relying on the auto-recognize feature it will not engage GPS. If you do have a viable record you will find the results (with a map if you used GPS) in the Fitbit app "Today" screen "Exercise days" tile which has an extension underneath, touch the extension to get the details.

I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

I started the activity in the app, because the battery in the clock won't last for so many hours when using the gps.

But the hike from yesterday suddenly appeared in the app today, after syncing a new hike from my Charge 5. Strange...
