So I've been seeing similar issues in the forums but here is my issue. Just really noticed today that the app had registered my activity minutes (woo) but didn't show my exercise. I tried syncing a few times but nothing so I figured I'd just log the activity myself. I do it all the time when I do yoga (you know the band doesn't really pick up that one). Logged my morning walk with the pups and then the mini zumba workout I had. YAY I got my exercise bar for the day but then my activity minutes disappeared. Tried syncing, logging out of my account, cleared my cache, and made sure I had the newest version. Still no activity minutes. I'm not the only one having issues like this. What is going on? This the the first big issue I've had in the 2 1/2 months of having my alta.
And before someone asks I don't do the mobile app to track anything. There is no pausing. I use my Alta and sync with my tablet (Samsung tab e) later.

Hello @BadWolf14, I saw you are quite new in the Community boards. I'm wondering how many minutes are missing after you ave logged the manual entries? Also let me know if the issue persists on a daily basis.
Keep in mind all steps, calories, and active minutes recorded by your tracker are overridden for the duration of a manually logged activity by the activity's entered values. This ensures that your data are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration.
The basic form of Active minutes is the intensity of your exercise. Is not a different measurement as this is connected with all your stats. To put in a simple way, if the exercise is very intense > you burn more calories > as the rate of calories burned increase > more chances are of getting active minutes. So if the activity does not require to much intensity active minutes will be lower.
For more details about active minutes take a look at this post: Active Minutes Update & Clarification.
See you until the next one. Let me know if the issue persists.
