Activity stuck on my smartphone

Hi,

I had a run this morning, and my activity has been badly saved on my smartphone :

- It has the right gps data

- the right total time (including splits by kilometer)

- the right total distance and number of steps

but it doesn't have the heart rate (I have a charge hr) and the average pace is at 00:00. Instead, I have another activty (called workout) which recorded my heart rate activity.

Finally, I can't see this activity on my web dashboard, after multiple attempts to sync (the sync is working, as my sleep, steps, etc. are still sync correctly).

Do you know how I can :

- merge the heart rate with the run activity

- force sync it to the web dashboard ?

Thanks for your help

Hello @AlexisRosuel! A very warm welcome to the Forums

From what you're saying it sounds like the servers didn't properly load the information for your run. My suggestion in order to get the web Dashboard to load up correctly I'd recommend that you try to log out from there and then back on.

As for the situation with the mobile app, are you getting any message where the HR should be? If so, what does it say. If you could take a screen shot of both activities it would help me better see what's happening.

Look forward to your reply.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

I log out / log in from the fitbit website and the android app, but nothing changed.

Here are some pictures of the situation on my phone :Screenshot_20170628-182732.png

As you can see, my activity is split in two : one named 'gym' with the heart rate data (you can see the average hr printed), and one another with the geographical data.

On the web :Capture d’écran 2017-06-28 à 18.34.47.png

Again, the activity is split into two activity ('gym' and 'jogging'), but this time the jogging activity has the heart rate but not the geographical data points !

So, I would like to have one activity with everything : time, distance, speed, heart rate, and location.

Thanks a lot for your help

Alexis
