Activity wont share with strava

Hi. I went out on my bike on Tuesday and when finished my ride on my charge 2 synched with strava within a couple of minutes, however I went out on Thursday night and did exactly the same thing but the ride hasn't synched this time. Any ideas????

@SunsetRunner It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Sounds weird that the second biking activity was not logged correctly. I would like to know a couple of details; let me know how did you log the second activity, was it logged as the first one?

 

In the meantime, revoke access from Fitbit and Strava and re-link both apps again. After this, try another biking activity, and see if it syncs properly.

I think I've found out why it hasn't worked. It hasn't recorded a route and has only recorded a time.
