App version: 2.58

Android version: 6.0

Fitbit device: Alta HR

 

I did not pause during the run (I knew about existing pausing bug). After pressing the "Finish" button, nothing were saved in the Exercise, no outdoor run data like map, splits. What I got instead is just the simple run recorded by the "Auto Recognized Exercises".

 

It has been happened to me quite a few times.

Hello @my40789, good to see you around one more time! Thank you for bring this issue to my attention. Some users has found this same behavior. Our team is already aware and working to roll a fix in the future.

 

At the moment what seem to be working out when is happening this issue, is to log out and log back in. In some scenarios the map reappear with all the information.
