I just got an ionic smart watch as a gift from US. I'm currently using One Plus 2 and BB Keyone Note this smart watch is not compatible with the devices I have . Kindly update the list of compatible devices so that we can use this smart product either its a waste.

Hi, @rana007! Have you tried using them anyway? Just because they're not on the list doesn't mean they're not compatible, it just means they haven't been tested and verified by Fitbit. There are so many android products especially that I don't think Fitbit can get around to testing them all.
