Hello All, I've just done a 5k on the treadmill but the fitbit recorded at 4.7k.....anyone know how to adjust this?

Hi, @Huaweip10lite! Unfortunately, there's no way to adjust that distance. Smiley Sad Fitbit has really limited the ability to edit workouts, pretty much the only edits you can do is to rename a workout once. The only thing you could do is to delete and replace the exercise with a new one, but then you won't get the calorie burn associated with your heart rate, assuming you have a heart rate tracker, just an estimate.

Cheers Mak, it does seem a bit stupid that you cannot adjust the distance from an expensive watch.... I was able to with my old cheaper Tom Tom. Hopefully fitbit might change this

Thanks again

I completely agree! My biggest annoyance is forgetting to end a workout at the end and having a duration several hours longer than the actual workout.

I would suggest voting for this feature in the request forum, too. Hopefully the more people that vote, the more likely it will be to be implemented.

Late to the thread but do you know if you track as a workout rather than treadmill run or a normal run if this makes a difference?  I tend to run more sprints on the treadmill so stride length much longer than my stride length calculated by gps tracked runs.
