I have no idea how but as of 6/14/21 the developer completely broke the entire Bluetooth sync function on all Versa 2's. Perhaps this msg/forum will motivate them to fix it immediately!

I'd like you to make sure this syncing troubleshooting has been performed. If you experience difficulties after following the procedure mentioned above, let me know if you receive an error message while trying to sync and share the phone model and OS installed.
