Alarm won't sync

My fitbit flex will sync everything but the alarm for over a week now. Using the app. Android version 2.36

That sounds quite odd.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is to update the app to the latest version. It is very possible that it is not syncing correctly because of the updated app. To do so, go into the Play Store and look for the available updates, there should be one for the Fitbit app.

 

After updating, please try to sync the alarm once again, it should go through.

I updated my Fitbit app and it still won't sync. I tried turning Bluetooth on and off and have a strong wifi connection.
