Hello Fitbit community,

I have the Charge 2 and the Android app syncs well but my device seems not to be compatible for receiving calls or texts alerts. 

I enjoy the product but it will be really heart breaking to return it since I got the fitbit as a gift today.

Anyone please help! 

Greatly appreciate it!

Is your phone on the supported list?

 

Check here

https://www.fitbit.com/devices

 

If its not then you will need to set up on computer until it is supported.

No it does not appear as one of the devices on the list. Funny thing is that somehow the notifications are showing up on my Fitbit which is awesome! 

 

Thanks for the advice Wendy! 🙂 and hopefully they can fix the issue as well.
