I have a blaze (version 17.8.402.1) purchased June 23, 3018. I installed the android app to my " Z812 and linked via bluetooth. I worked perfectly until the app stopped working around January 25, 2020. I uninstalled app & downloaded/installed newest version of fitbit app. Now it absolutely will not automaticlly sync, even when "sync all day" is turned on as is "Always Connected"
I have to go in any time I want to know what's what and manually make it sync
Anyone have any suggestions to make this work correctly

Hi @wacoppcflyer, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting this situation before posting. Let me share with you that with the release of Android 3.16, we have removed the option for our users to toggle "all-day sync" on and off. This setting should not longer be visible within your phone settings. However, since your ZTE Z812 is not a compatible mobile device with our products and services, this may be the reason why you're still able to turn off and on the All-day sync feature.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

so when are you going to fix the "not syncing automatically" problem?
