All my data gone?

This morning my fitbit app had me login through google and then there was no data. On top of that, there is no heart rate or sleep data. I believe I had previously been logged in through yahoo, but I didn't realize all my data would disappear and most of the functionality as well.

Were you using the SDK? Or were you just using the Android/iOS Fitbit app?

I can't even get logged in at all. I never switched to Google and now it just says 'Loading...'. So frustrated!

Android or iOS (Apple)? This is not an SDK issue.

Android. No issues using the app for years until it had me log in via Google.

I find that hard to believe since the phone did not update and the only change was my login. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. It still isn't working for current information and still doesn't have sleep tracking or heart rate. All of that was fine prior to the change in login.

Same exact thing happened to me today.

I repaired my watch to the app today and now it is working, but all prior data and settings are lost.

It had a recent update and that fixed the loading problem for me
