Hi my app has removed all of my previous calorie intake data out of my food diary.

I have tried updating the app, logging out of Fitbit app and force stop and rebooting phone. Still no joy data still missing.

Any ideas how I can get it back? thanks

@bevcla Hm, that's very strange. It sounds to me like a server issue. If it doesn't resolve in 24 hours, I would reach out to Customer Support. I believe there have been some issues with the food logging, but I'm not sure if that also includes losing your food log data.

Hi @bevcla! Have you tried logging into the Fitbit.com web dashboard to see if it's there?  Is it just one day or all days?  Also make sure you aren't logging in with the incorrect email address since all Fitbit data is linked to your email address that you signed up with.

Hi yes I logged into the fitbit.com and there is only today's there. I
don't know what's happening to it. All my other data is there except food
dairy. I don't know if there is a problem with the app.
Also when I add anything into the dairy, when you press add more for say
lunch, it's going back to anytime instead of adding it to lunch??
