Alta App no longer accepts messages/challenges

After the latest app update I no longer get messages or challenges on my phone.  I just got an email notice adding me to the challenges but it doesn't appear anywhere on my phone.  Checked my settings and I have both app and email ok'd to receive such items.  Any suggestions?

It's a Samsung 9 - but it worked fine for years.  Things stopped working after the last app update.

I've moved this to the Android area for more relevant responses. Did you get the latest app from Fitbit this week?

I have a Samsung 7. It also worked fine until the last update. 

Also, the email invite sends me to a "Sorry that page is following another trail". Email invites have always been a pain. Regardless, the invitation doesn't appear when I log in via computer either.

And I have also: restarted my phone. Logged out/ logged in. Uninstalled the app/re-installed the app and installed the update.

Ok, things are looking up. A Workweek Hustle friend sent me a new invitation. While the email link still doesn't work, the invitation IS SHOWING on my app now. Maybe one of those undo/do gyrations did something after all.

Hello @HAZMOMOF3  were you able to accept the challenge? The only way to accept is on the app. The email is just to let you know to check your phone. Gyrations - love the imagery of your words. While you're here, check the link in my signature for more areas of the forums to explore.
