Alta HR - Syncing too long

I am using Alth HR and Oppo F1. I never had issue syncing however just today I am having the issue. Previously it showed tracker not found however after troubleshooting it worked but the syncing is taking too long which normally it doesn't take long. Please assist. Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @PamelaAbc_123.

 

After checking on the compatibility list, I could see that the Oppo F1 is not currently a supported device. Because of this, we're not able to guarantee that the app and the syncing will work correctly 100% of the time. This is because the app is not fully optimized for that phone and as such, situations like this are to be expected.

 

If someone else has experience with the same phone, perhaps they've found something that does work to get it to sync.
