I have an Alta HR since 2 years working very well with my Samsung S7.
From 2/3 weeks Alta doesn't sync at all with the Fitbit app on my mobile. I triede everything but it doesn't sync and connect at all. I tried to on/off the Bluetooth and also re-installing the app. Now I'm not able to connect with Alta anymore. I get the number from the device but then no syn at all.
Please help!

Thanks for sharing what you already tried to get it to work.
I'd like to recommend that you try to follow all of the steps in this help article, in order. You have probably already tried some, if not all, of them but let's try to give it one more chance and keep me posted on how it goes.
