For the life of me, I cannot get my Alta HR to sync.
I have deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it.
I have turned bluetooth on and off multiple times.
I have restarted my phone and alta hr.
Every time it tries to sync I get the "Not working?" message.
It used to be synced and I was able to get my steps, sleep, heartrate, etc. but now I have absolutely nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! It is getting very frustrating!

Hi @blackfalds the new Fitbit app version 3.7 has been released. You should get it as it's made available. They seem to release these in blocks. I haven't gotten mine yet.
