Alta HR fitbit app for Samsung Galaxy not syncing. Tried every step in the help articles and STILL NOTHING. Hasnt synced since January 5th and ive installed the latest version. Someone help please!!!!

Without knowing what you've tried so far all I can do is list the usual things to try when you get syncing issues:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
- if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
Hopefully, there will be something there you have yet to try and which kicks your fitbit back into life.
