Have a new Fitbit Charge 2, Alta HR still on my account. How can I remove the Alta?. It has not synced since last August . Thanks

I believe that you go on the app and select the "Account" icon (the rectangular icon on the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, to the right of the battery icon). From there, you select the Alta under "Devices". When the Alta page comes up, there will be a trash-can icon in the upper right; picking that should let you remove the Alta from your account.
