So I've had my Alta HR for 48 hours. In the last 12 hours I've had problems with the tracker and my android mobile app syncing. Now says 'tracker not found' and no instructions on how to fix the issue. Can anyone help me get them syncing again?

Hi there @NyctophiliAriel, long time since your last visit, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community. My apologies for the late response and I saw you are not able to sync your Alta HR. I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting?
If the issue continues, please give it a try to these suggestions: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
See you around and stay tuned if you have other questions.

Hello @RobertoME,
Apologies for replying so many days late. The issue resolved initially by itself after you replied. However the issue has now returned and this is why I'm pestering you now. For the last week I've persistently recieving the "tracker not found" message and being told to restart bluetooth, which I did every time and it resolved nothing. On Friday my HR then stopped talking to my account entirely and it couldn't pick up my tracker for 3 days until I removed the tracker from my account and had to set it up again as new. It worked fine all of yesterday but now 24 hours after it is struggling to sync again. I've restarted everything I can think of to restart, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
Any suggestions?
