Alta HR sleep tracker not working... Again!

This is frustrating. For last 3 nights I'm getting just the basic sleep graph. Did a reset, have checked the fitbit is tight enough but still no joy. Not happy. Help.

That sounds very frustrating. How long have your sleep sessions been? 

 

Also, you could try editing the sleep logs and adding a minute or two to your total sleep. Some users have mentioned that doing this has helped them in getting the sleep information to show with the sleep stages and everything.

Tried this too.... Didn't work either. This isn't the first time I've had
this problem... I think I want a refund/replacement now.

Have had the same problem for over a month. Should have saved my money and kept using my Flex.
