Alta HR won't sync, Looking

Hi, Ive had my Alta HR for a little more than 6 months and haven't had any problems syncing until the new dash board. When I try to sync on my Galaxy s5 it keeps saying "looking for device". I've gotten it to work a few times sense getting the new dashboard but everything I tried before is no longer working. I've restarted both the alta hr and my phone. I have unpaired the alta hr and repaired it in my bluetooth settings. I've forgot the device and set up a new device in the fitbit app and it still says looking. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Hi @B2612  you try a restart of the Fitbit? The newest app 3.7 requires Android 7 and higher. I don't see your phone on the list of compatible devices? click to see
