Hi there,
My Alta HR fitbit has always worked and synced well with both my previous phone (Samsung) and current phone (Huawei P20 lite). However for the past 8 days, it had not been able to sync- the red circle with the exclamation mark comes up, and it says no device found. I have charged it, pressed the small button on the charger 3x until the Fitbit logo shows up... Turned blue tooth off and on, deleted Fitbit from my phone and reinstalled, but no luck. Any ideas? My phone's Bluetooth is also often unable to find it when scanning for nearby devices.

I am also having this issue with my Alta and Huawei phone. Would be interested in a way to resolve this

Hello @HeidiSmith and @RuthZN, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure for me to provide assistance with this situation, sorry for the delay in responding.
I appreciate all the information that was shared and the effort troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Huawei P20 Lite that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Also, please check the important information that's specified on: How do I use the Fitbit app on my Huawei P20 Lite phone?
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
