Hello,
I have Fitbit app installed on my Samsung Note 10+ device. It was working fine with no issues with my Fitbit Ionic device, this device stopped working, so I wanted to use my old Fitbit Flex device. I charged the Flex for few hours, then wanted to pair it using the same account and app installed on my phone.
When I do Bluetooth scan on the phone, I can see the Flex device on the list on found devices, but when setting up new tracker through the app, it keeps searching the device but could not connect.
I tried using another old phone to pair it, I installed the Fitbit app, logged into my Fitbit account and was able to pair the Flex from that phone.
My question is, if I am able to add the Flex to my account, is it possible to have it available when I login to my account in my Samsung phone? Or do you know if there is any problems reported with pairing old Fitbits, like flex, with new phones?
Thank you,
