1 week ago on the same day the fitbit app was updated, my Alta HR stopped syncing. I have uninstalled the app, turned my phone (Samsung a70) on and off, tried other devices, and turned Bluetooth on and off, but nothing is working. I don't want to restart it or delete it from my account because I would lose my week of data. What should I do?
