I have searched the help topics. My Alta will not sync. Last sync Feb
25th. I have followed the links provided in other questions but they do not answer the problem. I have redownload the app and tried to connect my tracker after deleting the original. Message received that the app found my device and the tracker gave the four digit code. Nothing after that. Unable to connect to my device. Bluetooth and location is on. Device is close to the phone and charged. I love the Alta HR. What is my next step?
